Once it is live, the work does not stop. Your system is hosted and watched over, and every month you get two 30 minute sessions with us to review how it is going and adjust it as your business changes, a value report that measures what it delivered against the goals we agreed before the build, and a health report showing what was checked, what was caught and what was fixed before it ever reached you.
