Alchemetry exists to close the gap between what AI can do and what small businesses can actually use. Most business owners do not need another AI tool, another subscription or another person telling them they need to automate everything. They need someone to look at how their business actually works, understand where the friction is and work out where technology can genuinely make a difference. Our AI Integration Audit is designed to do exactly this. We ask the important questions before building anything. How does the work move through the business? Where are the blocks and bottlenecks? What information gets lost? What gets repeated? Where are decisions being made without the information needed to make them well? From there, Alchemetry designs and builds solutions around the business itself. The goal is simple. Less time spent working in the business not on the business, improving your product, service and customer journey and increasing revenue and growth.

Our Vision

I believe the size of your business should not determine the quality of the technology available to you. For decades, the largest companies have had access to analysts, researchers, designers, developers and entire teams of tech bros dedicated to understanding what is happening inside the business. They have had systems that collect information, connect departments, surface patterns and help people make decisions. Most small business owners have had to take on all these roles themselves. They are expected to run the business, deliver the work, answer the emails, solve the problems, manage the customers and somehow find time to think about what comes next. AI creates an opportunity to change that. Not by turning every small business into a technology company. Not by replacing the people who understand the business best. By giving business owners access to systems that can carry more of the cognitive load. That is the future I want to help build. Entrepreneurs with better systems, better information, more clarity, more capacity. Alchemetry exists because brilliant entrepreneurs deserve better than chaotic, disconnected tech. We're not about volumes and volumes of AI-generated slop that anyone can generate with a free ChatGPT subscription. We're here to curate and customise the best AI can offer your business. Our vision is a future where sophisticated systems and access to the best that AI has to offer are no longer reserved for organisations with enormous budgets and specialist teams. They become part of how good businesses operate, whatever their size. That is what Alchemetry is building towards.

FOUNDER & CEO

I have spent most of my career making sense of complexity. I started as an Intelligence Analyst, working with data, identifying patterns and turning complex information into strategic reports that people could actually use. I later completed a degree in Psychology with Honours, studied Graphic Design and developed a particular interest in data visualisation and building software systems.

Then I spent twenty years as a paramedic. That work taught me how to walk into unfamiliar situations, process a large amount of information quickly and work out what matters. It taught me how to identify problems, make decisions under pressure and communicate clearly with people who need answers.

Now I apply those same skills to the tech in your business. I use the AI Integration Audit to map how you work, recommend solutions to the leaks and bottlenecks and ultimately build you a clear plan around where AI can hand you back the most time and revenue for the best ROI starting with simple DIY solutions and working into more sophisticated AI augmented systems.

Then, if you choose to move forward, we have our Alchemetry Custom Studio, for more bespoke done-for-you or done-with-you projects where we build agents and systems to suit your unique business needs. I believe there is value here in that continuity. The person who takes the time to understand your business is also the person designing the systems that come next. There is no handover to someone who has never seen your business, no generic solution pulled off a shelf and no expectation that you need to become an AI expert to keep up.
